Welcome to Everyone Has A Story; a podcast about our stories & experiences.  This podcast was born out of my personal need to connect with people and have deep conversations that exposed both our vulnerabilities AND our judgments.

I believe that empathy and connection is created when we ask questions…and I ask A LOT of questions. I am trying to stay curious in all my interactions, because I know that if I can step inside your shoes and stay curious about your experience, I will bring less judgement into the world.

And if we can practice staying curious about each other…and questioning our own assumptions…then our connections will be real and our differences will be honoured and celebrated.
